Coach Sarah is currently coaching our Junior Eclipse team. She has 10 years of coaching experience. Is able to work with athletes up to back tucks.

Coach Tope is the Owner and Founder of Extreme Force. The former Coach of Lakeland Varsity, Pace University, and St. John's UniversityTope has been coaching for over 20 years.

Coach Rosy is a former All-Star cheer and Somers HS alumni.  Currently is the coach of our Junior 2 Eclipse.

Director and Co-Owner at Extreme Force. Coach Kristina began her career in gymnastics and then cheered for St. John's University and UCA staff.  She has been coaching cheer for 26 years. Former Manhattanville College, Somers, and Pelham Varsity coach. Kristina also worked for local gymnastics gyms and CT cheer gyms for 20 years.

Gina is a former all-star cheerleader and coach.  She is currently a Fordham university cheerleader.

Coach Ashley is our Senior Infamous Coach. She has been coaching for over 17 years. She is a former world competitor. Current Woodlands and Ossining Varsity coach. Ashley is also an Elementary Physical Education teacher for NY public schools.

Private lesson with up to 4 participants  
with 1 instructor. Price is per person. ATHLETES CAN WORK ON TUMBLING, JUMPS, FLEXIBILITY, OR DANCE. 
STUNT PRIVATES NEED TO BRING THEIR OWN GROUP.
